About the Founder
Mx. Anuj Pandey (They/Them)
Founder & Director, Kanpur Queer Welfare Foundation
Mx. Anuj Pandey is a non-binary queer rights activist and grassroots leader who founded KQWF to uplift and support LGBTQIA+ individuals across Kanpur and surrounding districts. Their story reflects resilience, love, and the belief that inclusion begins with visibility.
With a focus on mental health, HIV awareness, gender identity, and public advocacy, Anuj creates spaces where queerness is celebrated—not hidden.
